The ATAM New England Music Festival is a long-running regional competition and music event that brings together young musicians, educators, and audiences to celebrate musical excellence. Participants (generally ages 22 and under) can compete, perform for evaluation, and connect with peers and professionals while gaining performance experience and recognition.
The festival includes multiple instrument and voice categories, awards, scholarships, and opportunities for growth, collaboration, and networking across New England.
This workshop is designed to help you walk into festival prepared, confident, and competition ready.
MEET YOUR WORKSHOP INSTRUCTORS
Patrice Peris
Patrice Peris is a New England–based singer, songwriter, vocal coach, and owner of Patrice Peris Voice Studios. With over 15 years in the music industry, she has performed at hundreds of venues across New England, including singing the national anthem at major stadiums such as Fenway Park, Gillette Stadium, TD Garden (formerly TD Banknorth), and the DCU Center.
Her music blends pop, dance, and cinematic trailer styles and has been featured on major platforms including Netflix (Ginny & Georgia), USA Network (Temptation Island), Bravo (Love Without Borders), Prime Video (Hollywood Houselift with Jeff Lewis), and The Voice (Germany and Australia). She has also been featured on Boston’s top radio stations, Kiss 108 and Mix 104.5, and is signed with Warner Chappell Production Music.
Patricia Duffey
Patricia Duffey is the founder of Performers on the Go, LLC, a creative agency focused on artist development and support.
Under this banner, she has launched a new sync song library aimed at various media, including film and social media, featuring universal themes such as friendship and love. Duffey has a strong background in the music industry, having co-founded the All You Got Tour, which traveled extensively across New England. She is committed to mentoring and supporting rising talent, helping ensure their music reaches a wider audience.
